The use of this website and the services offered by TUI AG and/or its subsidiaries are subject to the following conditions of use.

Information on the website

The information that TUI AG makes available on its websites is subject to permanent checks and is constantly being updated.  It is nevertheless possible that despite the most careful checks some data have in the meantime changed. Consequently TUI AG accepts no liability or guarantee regarding the accuracy, topicality and completeness of the information provided on these pages. 

Links to other websites

The website contains hyperlinks that lead to websites of third-party suppliers. TUI AG has no influence on the design and content of these and therefore does not give any warranty as to the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the information provided therein. The user must address any doubts he has in connection with such a website directly to the operator of the respective website.

Changes to the website

TUI AG reserves the right to make changes at any time to the website or its content, especially in respect of the selection of suppliers, features, information, databases or their content.  

Use of the website

The website is only available to the user for personal use. Travel services purchased via the website may not be sold on, mediated or otherwise passed on to third parties for payment, by the user. The website may only be used in a legally permissible way and as agreed upon, especially including compliance with these conditions of use. As agreed upon in this sense merely means the reservation and booking of travel services as well as any other lawful use of the functions installed on the website.

The following applies, in particular:

a) The user is financially responsible for all business performed on the website under his name or his account, provided the password chosen by the user was entered.

b) The user must be at least 18 years of age and be fully competent to contract.

c) The user assures that all information he provides about himself or co-travellers corresponds to the truth.

d) The website may not be used for the purpose of speculation, false or fraudulent bookings, as well as block bookings.

e) Threats, coercion, defamatory statements and the transmitting of pornographic, racist, inciting or in some other way unlawful material are expressly forbidden.

f) The user may not modify, copy, transmit, sell, publish or in any way reproduce the website and its content. The production of a single copy of the site is, however, permissible for private, non-commercial use.

g) Files containing software or other material, which are subject to industrial property rights or copyrights or are protected by the right to privacy, may not be put into circulation. Unless the user is entitled to these rights or the user has the necessary approval.

h) Files that contain viruses, corrupted files or software, which could harm the operation of the computer of a third party, may not be uploaded.

i) References that indicate the author, legal information, indications of ownership or markings, which are contained in a loaded file (software or other material), may not be deleted or adulterated.

j) Goods or services may not be advertised or offered for sale. Surveys, competitions or chain letters may not be conducted or passed on.

k) Access to the aQi website may be made exclusively via the homepage. Access to other pages of the website requires prior written approval of TUI AG. Links may not be displayed by integrating them into frames without the prior written approval of TUI AG.

The above terms and conditions apply also to any bulletin boards, chat rooms and other communication forums that may be present on this website. All forums that are present represent public and not private communication. No content of third parties in these forums is either examined or approved by TUI AG before its use. TUI AG reserves the right to remove without notice any content of forums communicated or sent by users. TUI AG reserves the right at its sole discretion to block without notice all user access to this website or parts thereof. The user undertakes at first request to indemnify TUI AG, its associated companies, partner companies and employees against all claims of third parties (including reasonable costs for legal measures) that are based on not agreed upon use, abuse or other illegal use of the website and its content by the user.

Blocking of access

TUI AG is entitled at any time to block access to the website and/or the online services.

Software

TUI AG, its associated companies or the partner companies are owners of all industrial property rights on software that TUI AG offers for download on the website. The unauthorized use, copying or passing on of such software is expressly forbidden. The use of the software can be subject to a special license agreement and conditions thereof. Where there is no such agreement, the owner of the software herewith transfers to the user a personal, non-transferable right of use that exclusively covers the private use of the software for the purpose of access, display and agreed use of the website in agreement with these conditions of use.
All copying of the software onto some other server or data medium for the purpose of further copying is expressly forbidden.  All software that is made available for download on this website, represents a copyright work of TUI AG and/or its suppliers. Your use of the software is subject to the conditions of the license agreement for end users, where one exists, that accompanies the software or is contained therein ("License agreement"). The user may neither install, copy nor use software that is accompanied by a license agreement or contains a license agreement, where the user has not first expressed his agreement to the terms and conditions contained in the license agreement.
For software not accompanied by a license agreement, TUI AG grants the user a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for the sole purpose of looking at or in any other way using this website in agreement with these rules and conditions. By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, the user expresses his agreement that he is bound to the rules and conditions of this license. The user must bear in mind that the entire software, including but not limited to the entire HTML code and Active-X controls and other scripts that are contained in this website, are the property of TUI AG and/or its suppliers and are copyright and protected by international contractual stipulations. The user may make copies of the software only for the purpose of data backup or archiving. All other reproduction or distribution of the software is expressly legally forbidden and can entail large penalties and criminal consequences. The user may not retrace, decompile or disassemble the software through reverse engineering. Furthermore, the copying or reproduction of the software onto some other server or to some other location for the purpose of further reproduction or for selling on are expressly forbidden. A warranty for the software is only, if at all, given in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

All rights reserved. Content, design and structure of the aQi website as well as the images on the site are subject to copyright and other laws for protecting intellectual property. It is not permitted to distribute or alter the content of this site and moreover the content may not be copied nor made available to third parites. The name aQi is a brand of TUI AG. The user does not acquire any rights or licences for using the brand.
