The protection of privacy and personal data is of great importance to TUI AG. We pay a great deal of attention to this aspect in the realization of our Internet activities, too. Our data protection practices accord with the currently valid provisions on data protection.

We employ technical and organisational security measures to ensure the best possible protection of your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. We will continuously optimise these security measures to keep up with technical development.

Personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to learn your identity. This includes information such as your correct name, address, postal address and telephone number.

We collect, process and use your personal data only if you provide this to us in order to make a hotel booking or to be used in connection with special services, for instance the ordering of a newsletter.

In order to deal with the accommodation services arranged though us we forward your personal data to your relevant contract partner.

Using and processing your personal data for advertising purposes is done only if you have granted us permission to do so. Any permission that you give is voluntary and you may revoke this at any time by informing TUI AG (info@aqi-hotel.com).

If data are forwarded to providers/suppliers of TUI AG then these must comply not only with the legal regulations but also with TUI AG’s contractual requirements on the subject of data protection. Public bodies and authorities are granted access to personal data only in the event that this is a mandatory legal requirement.

General information (e.g. the number of visitors to each page and how long they stay there) is recorded automatically every time a user visits one of our web pages. These data are not person-related. This type of information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and allows us to enhance our online services.

Your rights

You are entitled to request that all data held in relation to yourself be provided to you completely free of charge. You also have the right to correct, delete or block erroneous data.
