List TourConsult, a company of the List group based in Lower Austria, and TUI Hotels & Resorts, the hotel division of TUI AG and biggest holiday hotel company in Europe, are partners in this joint venture to develop hotel projects which are to be operated by TUI Hotels & Resorts under the brand name of aQi. TUI AG holds 51 percent and the List group 49 percent of the jointly established Austrian operating company.
